Shipping Policy

We ship from Stony Plain, Alberta.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 7–10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During busy seasons (like the holidays), processing may take longer.

Shipping rates and carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. We ship with Canpar, Purolator, DHL and UPS. Orders over $125 ship free within Canada.

Delivery times

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on where you live and which carrier delivers your order. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Warm weather

Caramels can soften or melt in heat. When temperatures are above 20°C, we may add insulated packaging or ice packs, recommend expedited shipping, or hold orders so they don’t sit in a warehouse over a weekend. Please bring your package inside as soon as it arrives.

Orders to the United States

US orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees charged by the carrier or US Customs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Customs may also delay delivery.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the customer pays the new shipping cost.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot replace or refund these orders. If your package is lost, delayed or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If packages are often left unattended at your door, consider shipping to a workplace or another address where someone can receive it.

Local pickup

Customers can choose to pick up their order at our Stony Plain storefront during store hours. Your order is ready for pickup once you have received an invoice or paid for your order. You’re welcome to call us at 780-919-5284 before coming in to make sure we’re open.
